The goal of Complete Body Health is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. In order to do so it is necessary for the clinic to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for all clients of the clinic. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the clinic requires 24 hours notice. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no show) will be billed at 100% of the original appointment. Payment for the cancelled or missed appointment must be received before the next treatment is received.

If arriving late for a scheduled appointment, the client will receive treatment for the time remaining & will be charged full price for the originally booked appointment. Appointment time & price will not be shortened.
