Tara Wilkie
Tara was born and raised in Calgary and is now raising her own family here. Prior to her children she worked in health care as a Dental Assistant. It was while her children were little that she became interested in fitness and pursued various fitness goals including half and full marathons. Tara also became very involved in martial arts and has to this point obtained her black belt in Kickboxing.
It was during her training that she discovered massage and the astounding benefits it provides for recovery and overall wellbeing. Tara attended Mount Royal University and graduated from the Massage Therapy (2200hr) Diploma program. Tara is a member in good standing of the Remedial Massage Therapists Association (RMTA). She continues to attend continuing education programs as well as mentor with some of the industries top professionals.
Tara enjoys helping people with musculoskeletal injuries, cervical strain, postural dysfunction and chronic pain. Knowing that preventative health is far more efficient than a reactive one; she regularly receives massages and continues to pursue fitness goals.

Shawn’s career has always involved a focus in the post-rehabilitation and exercise re-education area; working in consultation with client’s physicians, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. The many hours spent with these medical professionals and with coaches from the sport performance world have helped Shawn develop a philosophy in which body mechanics and techniques are of utmost importance.
Shawn strives to add value to the lives of his clients, peers, mentors and business associates through a commitment to facilitating awareness, efficacy, and education.
